If they did an R/S to get into a better exchange market, like the NYSE that would be ok. but that would happen after the merger was complete. R/S are not always bad but there has to be a good reason or stockholders will dump. They may do a combination of a stock buyback and R/S as I am sure they will want to move out of the otc markets into a the big time, away from the association of pinkie scams. we will see where the PPS is after the merger, who knows it may go to a dollar or 2 and the minimum to get listed in the AMEX is $3 i think. oh well lets get to pennyland first, one big step at a time.
