The Feds can do anything they want, even slowing up development of a fuel saving device. I've been involved in some other types of brand new great ideas that few in the face of government. Boy oh boy were the brakes put on then.

If something revelutionery is going to hit the marketplace, it's management better have it's ties to Washington IMO.
