QBID was supposed to become a full reporting company 5 years ago, never happened so, i wouldnt bet on it happening anytime soon.

accountants are specialists in Securities & Exchange accounting and have been
in business for over twenty years.
The accounting firm has been retained to certify the accounting of
Triangle Multi-Media Ltd. to enable Triangle Multi-Media Ltd. to file the
necessary documentation with the Securities & Exchange Commission to become a
full reporting Company. The certification should take no longer than thirty
days. After certification, the accountants will be able to assist with all
filings for the SEC, such as Form 10, Form 10SB, Form 10K, Form 10Qs, Form
