Steriwave is a joint venture and has nothing to do with the financial to some extent. Steriwave will get their profit share from operating units regardless how the company is doing financially.

FS being out can help the stock trading and get public confidence. GDTK profit sharing can help the stock trading later. I estimate operations to start towards the end of the year.
