flydoc, thanks for your questions, they are appropriate and original as opposed to howdy changing the question entering my name with shazam. I have no association with shazam they were hired by some investors. Many of these questions were answered at the shareholder meeting.
1. money
a. not directly and not that i'm aware of.
b. the only forecast that the company put out and is accurate is 145mm cd's.
I assume shazam ultimately came up with their own projections based on data from several sources in which we were probably a small component.
c. mediamax5 is being included on release's in production now.
d. I don't know, soon I expect, based on BMG's successful ramp up process.
e. I expect that to occur in the 2nd half of the year 05.
f. I believe that will occur when we are able to fund our every expansive developement that produces cash flow from revenues.
g. To remain viable, to achieve growth and fully fund the merger.
h. When the time is right and the deal is right and at higher stock prices.
2. merger
a. estimated completion begining of the 4th quarter.
b. upon receiving a fair valuation opinion(post audit).
c. The scmi shares need to be added to this total.
d. Better off so we can get 1 for 1.
e. 1 for 1
3. management
a. pink sheet companies have 21 days, we made the cut, handed it off to the pro's that got the job done slowly.
b. we will rectify the process as announced on the sunngram.
c. Darknoise is compltely under our control and will continue to be worked on with certain strategic partners.
d. mediamax5 is ipod ready, lets see what happens next.
4. communications
a. June 8
b. If its a release its on the list as neccessary to support our record label customers.
c. status calls or shareholder meetings quarterly also press release's or call investor relations.
5. Howard Stern
a. no, its a much better deal than that.
b. I was not informed either way.
c. not to my knowledge and not in the near future to my knowledge.
d. branding and advertising of the product mediamax helps consumer acceptance and ultimately crosses over to the company/stock mmxt/scmi.
6. shorts
a. no hardcore evidence only analytical calculations by certain professionals, all based on the numbers(supply and demand of stock).
b. Based on whats been approved by the shareholders if and when the company pulls from the dtc, delivery of scmi stock must be made to the transfer agent not the dtc. Then we will know the truth what ever it may be.
