It seems to take a lot longer for a pot of water to boil if you sit and watch it. Everybody is ready to start cooking but the pot won't boil as soon as we want it too. The problem is FINRA and other entities keep turning down the stove.We want it on high because it is the most efficient. SEC, FINRA, NVSOS, are not what you would consider "Efficient". Bayside was purchased in Dec 2010 and since Jan 1, 2011 we are at 107 business days to complete a multi-entity merger and complete all the filings. Relax...Let the pot boil, they just turned it back on high. IMO
