As far as r/s goes, I think you're premature. Typically, they would want to get it going. Right now they'd be screwing themselves as they own most of the shares.
You may be right, but logically, you seem not to put it together. You apparently just want to bash with generic info.
don't get me wrong. I welcome specifics but saying there's not enough revenue tells me you are using generic bashing technique. there's NO revenue because the business hasn't started yet.
