Although, L2 is getting better and I strongly believe in the technology and knows its potentials, I think the way Al and Bo are acting is destroying the Company, if they didn't. If they can't get the financial out, they should not promise that. This month will be the end of the 2nd year with no audit; if they can't afford paying the 1st year, how will they pay 2 years audit?
