We can't take the SEC filings literally, it is expected some things will fall through, and get some other in its place, like
now the second JV based in China (and I expect a third one in Brazil, but that is just speculation).
That balances my equation, so my calculation hasn't changed upward or downward.
There will be more adjustments and discrepancies with the original filings,
as this process has proved to be very fluid, as well as complex, but with a flexibility that allows CPOW to flow where the profits can be made.
In conclusion, I just take the SEC filings as a 'sign' that
the company is moving forward, but never literally,
modifications are adequate in my view, maybe Montana is not the best piece for CPOW right now.
I look at the whole tree, if it looses a branch, it will grow another instead. You just don't bring it down, This tree is growing and healthy, IMO.
