This company has changed names over 5 times in 5 years. They went from marketing, to agriculture, to VOIP and who else really knows.

They have a mail drop in Miami that takes the mail OUTSIDE of the country. They have no corporate address in the United States that they hold out for contact with shareholders.

No one person on any thread has described any type of conversation with any officer of this company.

They blacked out their PR's.

Their Reg D allows them to sell stock in Texas, but the Reg D did not support their BIG CLAIM of working capital raised, because, as I said, the PR did not say the deal was finalized.

PT is not even a citizen of the United States, and while he is listed as a director in the Texas SOS, Serf claims he is neither director nor officer at this time.

No one here knows if ANY officer is a citizen of the United States.

All other business plans under this company have failed over the past 5 years. Each one. Each time MILLIONS of shares were given away for 'services' and in turn sold to retail buyers on boards like these.

It was reverse split after nearly every name change didn't produce success in anything other than selling shares to the public. so, the retail public enjoyed the reverse splits.

Is this a good stock?
