If RCCH is so crappy than why would A-List make a deal to be part of RCCH?

How about? What kind of company would enter into a partnership with a multi-billion share company with a pps of .0001 and a CEO with a criminal record?

If RCCH is worthless why would A-List take shares rather than cash?

How about? Why would anyone with a (supposedly) valuable movie in the can sell itself for a few thousand dollars? Who knows more about the value of Alist? You or the guy that just sold it?

If A-List has a interested intent from MGM to release the film, why would they be associated with RCCH is it was so toxic?
