Radar VLCO.059, still very cheap imo!
-lots of talk of this getting to .20's in the very short term.
-the chart looks lined up for a rally in the morning, just my opinion tho. morning or afternoon(the 30min macd looks like a afternoon rally)
-big news too. if you haven't seen it yet, its something to take a look at.
-the assets of the company suggest current market value is 500% below what it should be.
