this is interesting: I read this from a very respected promoter of education, logic, and reason. Turns out to be following the BEHL saga as well. It is a bit different from the other promoter's PSA, but I gather it is more accurate.

Without going into details and how I know this; I expect shares to be dumped, then announcements, and then a reverse split, as soon as some items fall through or are forgotten about in regards to employees/officers, capital, business, agreements, contracts, filings, and legalities. These things are non-existent, but fortunately, they are not expected to happen instantly and have their own time tables, so the milking of current shareholders can continue.
