Another interesting thing is how they used "Innovative participated in a Delaware reorganization under Section 251 (g) of the DGCL"

I know its a little confusing with the wording lawyers love to use but after reading through a couple times and searching other business's that underwent a reorganization under the same section everything pretty much points to a merger of some sort, a kind of cleaning house of a business so to speak in order to merge or R/M with a company IMO as always with CW theres allot more going on behind the scenes then meets the eye.

Why would he have bothered to waist money on cancellation of a billion shares, setting up a new website, appointing new directors, lawyer fees for such, plus all the filing fees to set up IHSN10 to just divest it from the holding company not to mention all the costs to set up the holding company.
IMO people dont just waist money to do these things there had to be some type of arrangement in place in order to fulfill certain obligations of a merger or acquisition not to mention they didnt screw up by doing any reverse splits or anything to that nature. Dont get me wrong I'm not a very big fan of the way CW does business as far as withholding certain information or just giving us half the story but I cant see him being as tight as he seems to be putting money into all of this reorganization for nothing!

All I see here is some fancy wordings from a lawyer that spooked some investors into panic selling causing negativity and others to also sell which is just a failure to understand what exactly is going on because to be honest I really dont think anyone truly understands the meaning behind the PR as for me I see it as being positive and just another step to a possible R/M or Merger of course IMO... GLTA I strongly believe something big is still in the works and will add accordingly at these levels!
