Eternal Image Management trusts you’ve read the recently filed Form 8-K about our new funding agreement.

We are very pleased to have announced that during the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression, Eternal Image was able to secure funds in a manner that does not dilute the shareholders’ stock value.
