not true, 75 percent of that are warrants , not yet convertible. Each warrant, class a,b,and c must be converted in full and only then is the next available. The warrants are cash warrants, meaning they would have to pay TO CONVERT, .15, THEN .25, THEN .50 so they are not being converted. The shares, 25% of your total will not be trade able until at least next week, the opinion letters are not yet released, then the certs have to have the legend removed, not happening so fast.
