Right you are...speaking of that..what's more hilarious is that they even use the word expect on when they'll make an announcement about the shareholder meeting.

Basically, "we're now announcing that we expect to accounce". You mean to tell me they can't at least state unequivocally that "The ASM will be announced no later that June 21, 2005." That's certainly within their control unless their's now an "unnamed, super-duper, eastern mongolian OEM company" that's now providing logistics for OTC company shareholder meetings.
