Anyone see this nearly 200,000 share ASK from the Pershing Trading Company at 11:00a?

Comments/explanations?

Before this can move, don't we have to run through these 195,600 shares? Why would anyone want to sell such a large volume before CC and at close to closing price? I also find the name odd Pershing??
