214 are on the OTCQX tier, (fully file with the SEC) and a few thousand more file with pink sheets alone. There are not many of the pinks sheet stocks which do not file at all. AMHD happens to be in the "no filing at all" scam category and pink sheets warns everyone about the AMHD by giving it a "stop sign". The fact is that AMHD is in a minority category of scams that do not want their shareholders to know what they are doing.
