The blue light comes on for a second after that the burst of heat follows! I have found that if you hold the cig in your mouth a certain way you can feel the heat even more. You must also wait 5 secs between drags before it will allow you to repeat.
Its not super hot unless you put your lips in between the opening of the filter. I burned my lip that way(ouch).
It works well enough to give the heat sensation but of course its not gonna be exactly like a lit cig with a nice hot cherry on the tip. Even the vapor cigs on the market only get hot on the outside where the reaction takes place, and you still dont get that heat when you inhale!!
So something has to be wrong with yours as I gave 3 kits away and they love it! Sorry to hear that.
But I am sure cust serv will be more than willing to fix the problem!
