Looks like a typical temp job OTC stock. Running a little quick on the walkdown, so you may have another oppertunity for a pop, in the .02 to .025 area.

With these you need to focus on new funding more then them coming through with promises. FOLLOW the money & Share structure. Until big money is involved, there normally isn't any reason to run the stock.

As always, Never believe the PR story, trade the retail reaction to it!!! Get out of the herd and become an individual. If looking for a move to happen, not just a pop, look for large amounts of stock changing hands behind the scenes.

Question: you posted 486M O/S and 160M r/s. Whats r/s ? restricted? If so, when does the restiction come off? That's the kind of info you want to find. Because once a darkmaster has stock to sell, that's when the big guys buy a run to sell into. Are there any old warrants around? and if so, when is the exercise date. Has the management mentioned any new funding in the works. All these events will place large amounts of stock in the hands of people which want to sell. With a desire to sell by big guys, creates bought manipulated runs.

It's that simple with the OTC pennyland stock game. Retail wants news, the darkside want to sell. When both co-inside, runs happen. Any bottom bounce on retail reaction to news, without large amounts of stock to be sold higher, will only produce a pop.

So if one is a long time bag holder in a temp job stock, during the walkdown stage. Don't make the same mistake twice. Don't hold for more! Unless your sure there are large amounts of new stock to be sold, when the pop happens. Sell in steps up. recoupe what you can when you can. Bit by bit. Trying to get even in one sweet move is rare, before 6 to 9 months after the original move.

Looking at a longer term chart, this one seems to be one of those companies which is really trying to succeed. But the system is against them. Retail in pennyland has a 3 month memory. Without succeeding in 3 months, the price walks down until new funding or stock becomes available to start the cycle over.
