I find this sentence from the PR quite curious:

"The Company, IHSN10, Inc., was notified that its Agreement with Carmil Energy was cancelled..."

Who notified them? It doesn't exactly tell you that Carmil cancelled, it only sez that 'the Company was notified'......Hmmm!

Did IHAI notify 'the Company'(IHSN10), that they no longer have an Agreement with Carmil, because IHAI is taking it over and now is throwing IHSN under the bus?
Any thoughts?
