PR is a legitimate PR function of a company and a CEO. But taking cold calls from small investors is not the way to do it. It is an extremely inefficient use of his time. He could have an executive secretary tell me that she is "Director of IR" and tell me the same information and inform me that Tom is in a meeting or working diligently on whatever the issue is.

Well, actually, maybe the executive secretary/administrative assistant is also too important to handle IR. LOL They are the ones who actually do the grunt work that needs to get done!
