A little reality check is in order here:

In 2007 the A/S was 75 MILLION

In January 2008 the A/S increased to 200 MILLION

In August the 1:100 R/S occurred but the A/S stayed at 200 MILLION so they had 100 times as many shares to play with

In early 2010 no R/S but the A/S increased by 1000% to 2 BILLION shares

June 2010 the O/S was 196 million...6 months later the O/S increased by over 1500% to 2.7 BILLION shares and, a minor detail I know, but the A/S was upped again by 500% to 10 BILLION shares

No R/S but let's not kid ourselves here...in a year we have gone from an A/S of 200 million to 10 Billion and those shares are already running short.

An R/S or another increase of the A/S is basically the same thing....YOUR SHARES ARE WORTH LESS (hard to believe when there is no bid on them now)
