There are very few pinksheets that are legit. Personally I think they should be dissolved. Go OTCBB or be dissolved. SOX while cumbersome and expensive does provide a little protection. Too many folks buy some stock becuase it sounded good, little did they know what they got. The reason why I follow this stock becuase of another poster gave me a complete line of bull on it. Interestingly enough he's rather negative on a few other stocks(almost all pinks). So I get a chuckle on the classic signs I see here. I've watched enough and read enough 10-k and 8-k to know my way around. This stock is all charades. Nothing is verifiable and it's pretty much bender's piggy bank.
