WIth most companies you can track down ceo w info on filings like form 4s and if not almost always with address info for officers on sos filings. These guys probably dont like it but they are supposed to be accessible at least an address, but I have also seen phone #s of the ones with nothing to hide. Hopefully there is nothing to hide here. This is either sloppy or intentional secrecy. I am really just out to prove for myself that this guy(lui)does not have good reason to be so elusive.
