I'm not sure yet, I am inclined to agree with Rich's last post...yes the PR is unclear...

The pr stated "The Company, IHSN10, Inc., was notified that its Agreement with Carmil Energy was cancelled due to financing and due diligence issues. The Company (IHSN10), post merger, was divested from being a subsidiary of the holding company."...this could mean anything. The way I see it, the company (IHSN10) is no longer a sub to IHAI , but not sure how to take this.

I'm still holding...but now also holding a very stiff Jack and coke to calm the nerves.
