Not 100% accurate..
From the transcript on the U board...Rosen said in lines 18-20.

"I am happy to report that all classes of claims through -- 2 through 16 but for class 9, and I'll get to that in a moment, voted overwhelmingly in favor of confirmation of the plan."
Preferreds are a later class. DIMEQ is also and might become class 12. This is far from over and will need a vote.
