H20 MAN- Not only did George say many Months ago he would NEVER EVER again do a Reverse split, but by his own ACTIONS he has already proved it. HOW you say ??

Lets face it, if ?? ICOA was going to do a Reverse Split soon, why take the time and money to pay for Lawyers , to do the Paper work etc. it takes , to cancel as of now over 4-Billion ICOA outstanding shares. ????

See what I mean. ??? No Reverse Split needed for ICOA, all they have to do is follow up on the 2009-2010 Finanicals, Go Fully Reporting , complete WISP BUYOUT, and continue to expand with additional WI-FI Joint Venture Contracts Nation Wide, very Simple. at least IMO. $$$$$
