"Could only talk to their client" is ridiculous as they are the liason between the public and a foriegn owned company. The company should not have active status w sos without an active reg agent. I have come to the conclusion the the sos will not give info unless pushed. That is why I am finding out what they are legally required to disclose and have on file. I am glad I got somebody to talk at the old reg agent as she set me in motion to find out more. According to her they no longer represented pfms as of jan. This is looking suspicious to me at this point as I cant figure out the secrecy. If lui is a business man that is looking to rm into this shell then how does this lack of transparency help him.
