I have been a spph defender and me and sunspotter along with several others have had much debate about this but face reality if you pulled up to a gas station and one pump was selling gas for $1.10 a gallon and the pump next to it was selling the same gas for $.02 wich pump are you gonna buy it from ? If I was faced with that choice I would pick the $.02 a gallon. If Al-Dorra is in business to make money they would do the same becuse you don't get 245 million by being stupid. Now with that being said I have found Al-Dorra in various places but for them not to confirm or deni a buyout involving spph is very suspisious, and if you are a company that can afford to buyout a company for 24 million wouldn't you hire a repetual firm to represent you in the public relations instead of some guy who can't tell you anything? A lot of things about this deal isn't right for instance if you were gonna but a company fr 245 million would you not go after sunspotter for the simple board he has here? Youwould if sunspotter was lying ut they can't prove he is lying the fact of the matter is sunspotter called it right from the beginning this stock is a scam I along with over 25 other freinds have filed complaints with the Boston office SEC and I encourage all others that have lost money do the same....
