I believe Augment will get FDA approval with a "black box" warning. I know of several people who needed to get bone grafts a few years back, and if thy had a choice, they would go with Augment hands down due to the pain caused from traditional bone harvesting which lasted for over a year after harvesting. The panel voted 12-6 in support of Augment's safety. The vote was close, but as Dom said in The Fast And The Furious: "Ask any racer, any real racer. It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile; winning's winning." ;oD GLTY
