Doc Walker is indeed a mystery. Sometimes I think he is already filthy rich, and pursuit of an increasing PPS is farthest from his mind. Keeping his staff employed and company above water is his 1st order of business. If he owns 112 million shares, you would think he would be pursuing PPS much more aggressively than what we have seen these past several years. I don't think he needs the cash.....at 73, normally, most people have already arrived at retirement destination and survival mode.
