Here is my opinion. First I don't think he could be specific based on the Auditor's say. Supposing the date of the auditor change by any circumstance, what will be the consequence then? Second, does it abide the SEC regulations if he issue a specific dates before filing? Third, without a specific dates it will allow him to update the documents especially on matters which is dear to everybody's heart - REVENUES!! For me, I am happy to wait until the right time which could be soon. For the meantime, it will allow me to accumulate.
