The $$$ amount is UNFATHOMABLE! Because NEOM's patents are the "backbone/embodiment" of so MANY! products/platforms.

RFID, NFC, Mobile Marketing, etc.. as the comment from this poster was SPOT! on...

One of the reasons NeoMedia’s 048 patent is so hotly contested is because it contains claims related to RFID & NFC.

Two entities have tried to kill this patent & both have failed. First EFF/Scanbuy & now another undisclosed party.

Love it or hate it …… This patents is here to stay!
