erbb has weathered recent storm quite nicely..could have dropped much lower..gov brewer has asked for fed suit filing this week..she's feeling the heat and kind of going through the motions now..fed court will come back with similar past rulings..fed over state, but won't prosecute legit state dispenseries and workers abiding by current state law..bla, bla, bla..this gives madam brewer a way out, simply says she was protecting state workers, hoping all along she'd get more support for her anti mj views,which she did not get...let's hope other recent national mj legislation continues and gets (positive) ruling to reschedule..now is the time..short term "chaos", but best for all long term.
