Another key point that the company made today answered the question why they have not put hardly any money into the marketing/promotions end of it yet. They were waiting to get the trademark/domain names into place first. The PR today stated that they will redo all of their names to activeshopper
from the previous name. That is why they waited. Also the timeing of a powerful and respected PR firm should again create some excitement, and I'm sure the company will now be more forthright with keeping the shareholders informed of company developments. All this is very positive.

5/17/2005 9:06:58 AM
New TM is Covered in Over 30 Countries Including the U.S. and EU

NEW YORK, May 17, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Shelron Group, Inc. (OTC BB: SHRN), a leading provider of e-commerce software, today announced that it has acquired the global trademark "ActiveShopper" from InfoSpace, Inc. ( INSP ) for a sum of $40,000.

Shelron currently operates its comparison shopping browser under the name of "ActivShopper" and will now be revising all of its on-line branding to "ActiveShopper." In purchasing the trademark, Shelron will now have full ownership of the trade names, service marks and the following web site addresses: www.activeshopper.com, www.active-shopper.com, www.activeshopper.org, www.active-shopper.net, www.active-shop.com and www.active-shopper.org.

"We see this as an outstanding marketing opportunity for Shelron," says Eliron Yaron, CEO of Shelron Group, Inc. "Exposure of the newly named toolbar will be offered to countries with a combined population in excess of a billion people, with the U.S. and the E.U. representing 300 million and 500 million of that count, respectively. Having this trademark is a significant asset to the company, giving us worldwide branding capabilities."

According to the contract, Shelron will now be able to use the ActiveShopper brand name in the following countries: the United States, Canada, China, Russia, the European Union, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hungary, Norway, Switzerland, Israel, Mexico, Argentina and Chile.

About ActivShopper

ActivShopper is a free software download that scans, locates and compares prices for an item that a consumer selects at an e-commerce site. Once the item is selected, ActivShopper finds the lowest prices for that item. In other words, if it is less expensive elsewhere, ActivShopper will find it, saving the consumer money. When activated, the ActivShopper toolbar automatically displays information above the browser's main window, allowing the consumer to use the Internet without interfering. ActivShopper eliminates browsing comparative shopping sites and trying to understand complex comparative tables. No more jumping from site to site in order to find the best prices. You get the best prices on your browser instantly. In addition, ActivShopper's free text search, available directly from the toolbar or from http://search.activshopper.com (to be revised to http://search.activeshopper.com), allows the user to search for millions of products even when the automatic comparison feature is not in use.

ActivShopper is headquartered in New York City. For more information about ActiveShopper, visit www.activshopper.com (to be revised to www.activeshopper.com).
