TADF: Breakout Imminent (charts included)

Tadf is on the verger of completing a very lucrative merger, along with pending government contracts. Fundamentally rock solid. It has several key bullish indicators that will lead to another leg up in this current run. I have included 3 charts below, it will also see a 50/200 day moving average cross next week.
