Black Fire Minerals in pre-open pending project 'acquisition and exploration' update

Black Fire Minerals (ASX: BFE) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending an 'acquisition and exploration' update, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.

Black Fire did not allude to which country or resource the potential acquisition update focuses on.

Black Fire shares will remain in pre-open until Wednesday 1 June, or earlier if the company is in a position to make a release.
