I think the Directors restricted shares ( 32.7 Mil ) will remain restricted until at least Sept 28, 2011 because of the effective date of the name change of SHARP Holding Corp to Cooper Holding Corp and possibly even Nov 5 2011 as a result of the acquisition of Cooper Hunting Industries on that date. Could be either date but I'm thinking the latter. This is being heavily accumulated. Money flowing in. Avg 10 day volume is increasing as well as the PPS. The market is loving SHAR.
