No but it is pretty much public knowledge that at least one UFC fighter they pushed was not actually using the product. Xyience had the same issue. Trust me when I say that more then 50% of the logos placed on the shorts are more to do witht he event then the athlete. The athlete is sent shorts to wear and told who to thank. These are not "endorsement" deals it is MP getting its logo on the fight cards. They jsut had to pay 6 figures to the UFC for this right.

The consumers are not viewing these athletes as users of MP products adn the history with MP indicates that they want to full the consumer into thinking these fighters are endorsing the products. how many endorsement deals do they have?

The consumer that MP wants is not necessarily the fan in the stands. They want people who train to use their products. Yet the avg gym that the fighters they sponsor attend has about 300-500 students/consumers and those people are the ones who see Rampage NOT using MP products. They are fans of the sport and have spent 4 million plus dollars of the shareholders money to rub shoulders with athletes that accessible to john q public.
