Maybe because it is all a bunch of Henry & DLee's delusions.

Most "real" companies have press release, and shareholders don't have to "depend" on an anonymous "associate" of the company(s) CEO.

Seems like a bunch of stuff the regulators would like to know. That is, of course, if there was enough COMBINED $$ VOLUME TO PAY FOR ONE REGULATORS LUNCH TAB!
