So according to the 8K of Oct 2010, in order for shares to be bought by LPC, the PPS has to be over 0.25 "LPC shall not have the right or the obligation to purchase any shares of the Company’s common stock on any business day that the price of the Company’s common stock is below $0.25."

"As further consideration for entering into the Purchase Agreement, the Company issued 487,805 shares of the Company’s common stock to LPC as a commitment fee and further, the Company shall issue up to 731,708 shares pro rata as LPC purchases the remaining $14.8 million." This all within 30 months.

So far, 7 months have passed, this play could take a while, and it could be very interesting, could this happen shortly? jmo.
