While we don't know the timing of events, the progression is clear imo. We are at the point that it is really starting to “feel” like it’s going to happen!
Look at Canada
---------------------------------
Walmart Canada re-activating WC 1000+ listing (been over a year). Anybody else know of a product once 'out of system' is back in such a larger retailer? I have to imagine very rare, except for the most known of 'brands'.
---------------------------------
Target coming to Canada (may be part reason why Walmart taking WC 1000+ back)
---------------------------------
Canadian Tire - still rolling out racks (DD on Canadian Tire here)
---------------------------------
Home Depot Canada - Lowes Canada
Statistical Projection
---------------------------------
April 2011 - Assembling Retailer Demonstration Teams
---------------------------------
Look at USA
Example of racks in USA retailer
---------------------------------
Duane Reade (Manhattan, New York) - subsidiary of Walgreens (more DD on that here)
----------------------------------
Do It Best (their spring show just wrapped up, so once past holiday, should be on the burner)
----------------------------------
Lowes
3 store trial in Ohio began in October. Last blog/word (demo) was early February; so we've had a three month 'lay low' period. I believe this is 'retailer' examining how product sells on its own (either repeat buyers, referrals, etc.) without aids.
Latest customer visit in Heath it was still on paint counter and big bottles were back on shelf. I think that could bode well for expansion in due time.
----------------------------------
Home Depot
Online appears off to good start; I don't see any risk of 'shelf' buyer making decision to stock it. Just look at above DD, retailers in USA (via Lancaster Distributing) already carrying it. Will Lowes leapfrog Home Depot and expand beyond 3 stores, just can't imagine Home Depot will be far behind (I feel they have leapfrogged Lowes with their online initiative presently).
----------------------------------
Sam's / Walmart USA (vendor approval)
----------------------------------
GSA Application
----------------------------------
There is more, but those seem to be the 'bigger' items presently imo
