You can't mow ivy silly!

Our yard has over 100 natural trees so cant possibly have grass

The previous owner was a music teacher who built an addition with all windows as a background setting which I'm sure was quite lovely. It's our bedroom now.

I'm torn between disrupting nature and restructuring. I'd love to build a brick or stone walkway and maybe even a BBQ area but worried on the otherhand would damage the natural beauty

The front yard has a gazillion varieties of flowers which bloom different times of the year so there's always something flowering. The lady who lived here prior put a lot of work into the landscaping.
