The question is, (and I don’t have an opinion on this yet), is whether the dilution was to pay off notes legitimately, or were they simply printing shares and R/S’ing like so many other Pinks. If the fins are legit and they are truly a profitable company, then the MM’s naked shorting which is based on NWMT’s history of dilution and RS is plausible explanation for the drop in SP this time around. If thats the case, and the new fins come out and show an increase in profit as expected etc.,etc,... then there will be a bloodbath for the MM’s and the SP will soar because the forces holding it down are an illusion. Now, the big question is, why are the MM’s shorting if they are privy to the same info we are? They see a much bigger picture behind the scenes than we do. I think its rare that they make a mistake, maybe this is the one... maybe not. Proceed with caution.
