You could be right, it maybe easier than I think it is. I am guessing that it requires various levels of screening/filtering and once setup is actually pretty simple.
I am just not sure that the company has taken the time or invested the money yet to establish at extra level of screening at this point in the operation, based on what I have read from the company so far.
Remember they have only been actually dredging for a month and a half, it sounded (my interpertation anyway) that their primary goal intially was to find easily extractable gold (ore/nuggets) and if that proved adequate they would also be establishing a supply chain of ree's for export.
I'm not trying to dispute anything you have written, I don't for a second disagree with you, I am just not sure they have taken the time as of yet to be concerned with fine filtering on site. I don't doubt that if they prove themselves succesful (which I think they will) with the intial phases that will be something they start to do, but I just don't think they are their yet.

Heck if I hadn't been writing a post when you responded to the same one I did, I probably wouldn't have said anything at all. As other's have said I find your working knowledge to be invaluable, and it not only confirms what I know of the field but adds to my knowledge/understanding.
