Never moves "every time"... what is "every time"??? We have so many shares that its going to be tough to move big until Chin/ SNRS starts producing money and if the recent PR's are indeed true, we will make a move. We just moved from NO BID to .0002, so your point is moot. If you owned shares when SNRS was at NO BID then why are you bitching? You just doubled up. Unless you were one of the unfortunate ones that bought at .0003 (or .0002's a few months back).
