As far as I'm concerned his intentions are to use the OPMG signing of JB as a chance to get traffic to his site. I'm sure because he has found a way to use the JB name on his site that his strike rate on major search engines will have jumped considerably. I see a great lack of consideration for his paying members and more of a focus on sales from his site.
From my own DD and understanding OPMG is not the same business that it was just a few months ago. The new product launch seems to be exactly that, a "new" product launch. It would appear that this "new" product is something that the market almost needs, rather than some people just wanting it. Hell, I would put it on my phone just to take away temptation. Its illegal here to use your cellphone while driving, yet many people still do.
The other thing is the new management that has come in. New management, new product, and soon a new name for the new business -PhoneGuard.
Sykes has been writing about an old business (its history baby) and he knows it, just couldnt resist the exposure. Look at the short history of the "new" business, and the history of the "new" management. Great management - they signed JB (no small task). Great product - so many ways for it to be useful and save lives. Great name (PhoneGuard), and about to become a household name.
Does anyone really think Sykes aint long on this, hes not stupid
