Ms. Grisewood has over 25 years experience in a range of investment banking and research-related activities. As an independent advisor and consultant, Sherry has completed extensive research due diligence, competitive intelligence, and business evaluation projects for corporate and investment bank clients, as well as successfully negotiated acquisitions and other strategic transactions between private companies and public companies. The primary focus of these activities is advanced technologies in the life sciences and alternative energy.
